Things have been warming up around here. And with warming temperatures come the lizards. Lizards of all kinds. I suspect this one of being a ground skink. I am told that it was released back into its natural habitat (i.e. not our carpet).
I'm sure that after Mama the Cat's violation at her yearly vet checkup today, she was terribly disappointed not to have had a chance to interact with our visitor. Though I'm told she certainly tried.
